and yet I have not been able to write about any of it...
I stare at this blank screen for hours and nothing happens....
my boys left for a month to see their dad in Ireland..
and have safely returned....
I went and saw my mom after a year...
I went to my real beach..
and floated for hours with Sam...

she has been using hypnosis with me....
and it's been quite interesting...
I can tell you when you are hypnotized you are totally aware of everything...
you are not asleep....
but it's the most relaxed state..
it would be nice if we could live in that state....
upon using my beach and hypnosis we seem to have found another alter....
at least we are assuming that....
her name is Mi Mi and she is 6 years old..
and very scared..
so far she doesn't talk..
I am not aware of her at all...
